1. Station 1 – Trimming Unit B-8 (3 kW, 7600 rpm, 30 mm spindle, 125–180 mm blade) + Scoring Unit B-2 (identical) → Hogging-tool ready
2. Station 2 – Haunching Unit I-2 (4 kW, 5600 rpm, 40 mm spindle, 170 mm usable length) → 160 mm vertical stroke, fast tool-change system (max 120 mm width), anti-breakout backup
3. Station 3 – CNC Routing Unit J-3 (4.5/8 kW inverter, 7,000–18,000 rpm, ISO 30 / ER40) → Full 3-axis interpolation (350 mm width × 150 mm depth stroke)
4. Station 4 – Free station (ready for future unit)

Outfeed Bridge Units (additional CNC power)

• Top Vertical Bridge: CNC Routing Unit + pneumatic drilling head (3.5/5.5 kW, 12,000–18,000 rpm, ER40, 3–25 mm cutters)
• Horizontal Bridge: CNC Routing Unit J-4 (4.5/8 kW inverter, ISO 30 / ER40) → 350 mm width × 200 mm thickness interpolated stroke
