This model features a complete set of standard high-performance stations for full edgebanding:

1. Pre-Milling Unit – Dual 1.5KW high-frequency motors for precise panel edge preparation (ensures perfect glue joint)
2. Glue Application Unit – Hot-melt glue system with quick heat-up and reliable application
3. Pressure Rollers – Multiple rollers (typically 3+ cylinders) to firmly press edge material onto the panel
4. End Trimming / Front-Back Cutting Unit – Two angled high-frequency motors (12,000 rpm each) for clean front and rear cuts
5. Top & Bottom Trimming Unit – High-frequency motors for flush trimming excess edge on top and bottom
6. Corner Rounding Unit – For smooth rounding on front/back corners (common on this series) X3 .37KW motors
7. Radius / Profile Scraping Unit – Removes knife marks and refines the edge profile
8. Glue / Flat Scraping Unit – Cleans residual glue and ensures flat finish
9. Buffing Unit – Polishes the edge for a high-gloss, professional look

Feeding Speed: 15 m/min (optional upgrade to 15–20 m/min available on some units)

Edge Band Thickness: 0.4 – 3 mm (handles PVC, ABS, melamine, veneer, solid wood strips, etc.)

Panel/Board Thickness: 10–50 mm (without pre-milling); 10–46 mm (with pre-milling)
