2024 SCM MORBIDELLI M200F 5-AXIS CNC ROUTER MACHINING CENTRE

• 5-axis unit "JQX" version 13,5 kW - Equipped with a gimbal support and two indipendent rotation axes (vertical axis and 50° degrees inclined axis) “Prisma 5” unit allows the tool on the router be oriented practically in any direction thus avoiding the use of many angular heads on the most different applications and makes the unit reach a negative angle -10° respect to the horizontal plane.
• 7-position dust extraction hood for 5-axis electrospindle. Better usage flexibility with the hood equipped with automatic ON-OFF selector, pneumatically managed and adjustable on 7 different positions + 1 exclusion selector.
• TRB14 linear tool changer (Y=1620 versions). Linear tool changer located on the right side of the bottom frame of the machine and able to host tools and/or angular heads (please refer to admitted dimensional limits reported on layout chapter).
• Conveyor belt for shavings expulsion X=5510mm
• Working area along X axis 5515mm
